Month-Of Coordination

A Month-Of Planner provides comprehensive guidance on finalizing your event details. This package is perfect for Clients who want to coordinate most of the planning themselves, but want someone to step in and handle any unforeseen snafus in the weeks and days leading up to the event. This package includes:

  • All items included in the Day-Of Coordination package

  • Develop timeline for the entire event day

  • Confirmation of vendor commitments

  • Coordinate a rehearsal

  • Finalize contract negotiations

Virtual Planning

A Virtual Event Planner assists with and provides advice and event consulting, without the typical costs associated with other event packages. This package includes three, 30-minute phone calls which can provide answers, insight, advice, and tips on:
